Additionally, any user in any agreement with us shall not solicit or endeavour to entice away or discourage any of our employees from his/her employment with us for the duration of the contract.
Limitation of Liability
i. While we will make all reasonable attempts to exclude viruses from this website, we cannot ensure such exclusion and we do not accept any liability for viruses. ix. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan and you the user submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Karachi, Pakistan, save that we may take action against you in any relevant jurisdiction to enforce our rights.
